You might think that baking bread at home is quite difficult. This is also the case if we are talking about yeast bread, because it takes a lot of time and effort to prepare it.

The bread recipe that we offer here is unleavened. We don't even wait for the dough to rise, and guaranteed, in just 1 hour, fluffy bread with a crispy crust is ready.

You will need

290 g of bread flour* + for work

130 g of rye flour

50 g of oats

30 g of sunflower

one teaspoon of soda

one teaspoon of salt

300 g sour cream

one egg

Heat the oven to 190 degrees.

Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

Beat the egg lightly and mix it with sour cream.

Make a well in a bowl with flour, pour in the vegetable mixture and stir first with a fork, then quickly knead the dough with your hands, adding flour as needed.

Give the dough an oval or round shape, compact it slightly with the palm of your hand, sprinkle it with flour and place a sharp knife on the surface, transfer to a floured plate and bake for 45-55 minutes.

Eat warm.

*Bread flour can be replaced with whole grain flour.
